What are the policies of changes and returns?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us and request a change or a refund, subject to the following terms:
1. Inconsistency in the size of the merchandise.
2. Stains and partial or total damage to the merchandise.
3. Inconsistency in the design or color of the merchandise.
To obtain a full refund or exchange, return the merchandise using the address provided on the invoice.
If you return the merchandise in good condition for sale with a copy of the original invoice, we will make a refund to the original form of payment, and for changes will depend on the size and model availability requested.
The merchandise must be returned in its original individual packaging.
You will have to bear the shipping costs for the return. Do not send additional payments, such as a check, to cover the price difference in a change. When the change is processed, the collection or refund will be made according to the original payment method. No form of additional payment will be processed, and if sent, it will be returned by mail.
In case of not receiving a purchase sent to an address provided by the customer, this has a (01) maximum month from two (02) business in which the shipment was made to notify us that you have not received your purchase, in order to speed up and solve the situation.
